This website gives you up to the minute information about the exciting, new London Development Agency (LDA) and Great London Authority (GLA) funded programme. PDP is designed to create business opportunities for small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in and around London by training and mentoring SMEs with the skills to effectively tender for and win profitable public and private sector contracts.
