Nichols Employment Agency is an established SME/BME (Black Minority Ethnic) business, with strong relationships with most of London 's local authorities and a large number of private sector organizations.
Defined as an SME from a BME community, Nichols Employment Agency has unique experiences and have developed a range of solutions, to the common barriers faced by SME's in the procurement process. NEA coordinates and manages the procedure for the development and implementation of PDP. Responsible for billing, budget management and audit, NEA monitor operational policies, especially relating to issues of Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Quality Assurance, Equality of Opportunity, especially in the context of gender, ethnicity, disability issues and training.
Haringey Business Development Agency (HBDA)
HBDA Ltd has extensive experience in the development and delivery of business skills training and capacity building to businesses and individuals. It is City and Guild's approved and an accredited Centre for vocational training. Currently, HBDA is in charge of marketing the PDP, training development and delivery, mentoring and advice. HBDA has the responsibility for implementing the bulk of the PDP initiative which include:
- Development and implementation of the PDP marketing Strategies.
- Procurement learning development and capacity building
- Business diagnostic and mentoring
- Direct hand holding support
The Agency has been delivering business development support services in London especially, north London since 1994. HBDA has delivered contracts on behalf of the North London Training and Enterprise Council, Government Office for London , Business Link, Upper Lee Valley Partnership, Haringey Council, Natwest Bank , British Telecom PLC and Barclays Bank.
As a Business Link accredited provider, HBDA is not only a member of the London Business Support Network, but has the following accreditations:

CSC Regeneration & Research Consultants
CSC Regeneration & Research Consultants operates nationally across the public, private and voluntary sectors. CSC's contribution to the PDP initiative is to conduct research into the effectiveness of the programme. The Enfield Enterprise Agency has 18 years experience of delivering business advice and training to SME's. They have also participated and managed a number of European and Government funded projects in collaboration with Further Education colleges and other business support organizations.
Within this context, EEA will support HBDA in training development and delivery to our clients. All EEA business advisers are fully accredited under the Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative.
